Specializing in mindfulness, compassionate genuine communication and relationships, and creating an authentic life expression
Welcome to my psychotherapy practice website.
Therapy is an opportunity to understand more deeply the problems you are experiencing and make changes that are important to you. At the best of times it’s a chance to gain insight and find greater fulfillment in your life, work, and relationships. When life has challenges and difficulties, therapy is a resource to help you move toward clarity and well-being.
The style of psychotherapy that I use focuses on mindfulness, genuine communication, relationships, and creating an authentic life expression.
Our work together will support you in developing insight, authenticity, and intimacy in your life and relationships. The part I play as a therapist is to help you discover and cultivate your unique individual and relational expression in the world.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, #MFC53254, with a doctoral degree in East-West Psychology. My practice includes individuals, children, couples, and families. I welcome people who are working with relationship and communication issues, anxiety and depression, and questions around self-esteem, isolation, and finding meaning.
